Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Al Sharkia Governor, stressed the necessity of placing the reconciliation file at the top of the priorities in implementing presidential and ministerial tasks and assignments in the coming period, stressing its importance for preserving the rights of the state and citizens, deterring violators, and enforcing the law. Theg was assured by Eng. Muhammad Al-Safi, Secretary-General of the Governorate, of the readiness of the heads of centers and cities and specialists to implement the provisions of the Reconciliation Law and its executive regulations, as well as the completion of the formation of scope committees with the Directorate of Agriculture, as well as the formation of technical committees and secretariats, the introduction of maps and prices into the work system, and the receipt and delivery of estates. The governor stressed the need to examine all files that were submitted in accordance with Law 17/2019 and have not been decided upon, in addition to the new files.He stressed that the heads of the committees formed to decide on submitted requests and most of the members be from the governorate’s administrative apparatus, in order to preserve the accuracy and speed of completing the reconciliation file. For his part, the Secretary General of the Governorate indicated that training of workers on the provisions of the new reconciliation law and its executive regulations in various specialties has been completed.While the governor stressed the necessity of providing all facilities and simplifying procedures for citizens in a way that achieves the public good Ghorab :" there will be continuous follow-up of the reconciliation file to accelerate performance rates and follow up on the progress of work in every center, city and village at the governorate level to determine the performance rates in this regard". The governor gave his instructions on the necessity of announcing the documents, conditions, and prices stipulated in the executive regulations of the new reconciliation law, which must be available to reconcile and legalize the situation in building violations to facilitate on citizens in all centers within the governorate.
