This morning, Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al Sharkia, surprised the workers of the local unit in the village of Anshas al-Raml of Belbeis, in order to monitor the regularity of work progress and ensure the good treatment of citizens and the provision of the best services to them. The governor reviewed the attendance and departure record, stressing the need to activate the role of field follow-up committees in centers, cities, and neighborhoods to tighten supervision and control over workers in the administrative apparatus, ensure their presence at their workplace, provide the best services to citizens, and take all legal measures against those who are negligent. The governor also inspected the unit’s departments to follow up on the position of the unit’s collections and revenues and follow up on the file of spatial variables, stressing that the unit’s workers would receive citizens well and provide them with the best services and quickly complete their interests in accordance with the law, as well as activating the role of the employees of the works department to collect revenues and maximize the state’s resources. In order to achieve discipline within health facilities and ensure the provision of distinguished health and treatment services to those who frequent them, the governor directed the Family Health Unit, Anshas Al-Raml, to determine the level of health and treatment services provided to patients and those who visit the unit, and reviewed the attendance and departure record to ensure that the doctors and nursing staff adhere to the morning shifts and official working hours providing the best health and treatment services to patients. The governor inspected the dental clinic and pharmacy to ensure the availability of medicines and medical supplies therein, as well as the laboratory to ensure that sterilization and disinfection work is carried out for the medical devices used in order to preserve the health and safety of those who visit the center, stressing that the workers in the Family Medicine Unit treat patients and visitors well to receive treatment and provide them with a distinguished health and treatment service. The governor was also keen to listen to a number of citizens and learn about their needs, directing the head of the center to examine all their demands and meet their needs within the framework of the law. The governor went to the village of Shubra al-Nakhla to determine the level of services provided to the people of the village, to identify their natural needs, and to inspect a number of the village’s streets, emphasizing the necessity of continuing to intensify cleaning campaigns and removing garbage accumulations from the streets on a regular basis, to create an environmental and healthy atmosphere for the citizens. The governor concluded his tour by inspecting the regularity of work at the family medicine center in the village and checking on all medical services provided to those who frequent the center. He issued directives to the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health to disburse a reward incentive to the center’s workers, including the medical, technical, administrative and nursing staff, in view of the regularity of work at the center and their commitment to the specified work hours and shifts, and the good reception of patients providing a distinctive health and treatment service to those who visit the center.
