In implementation of the instructions of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al-Sharkia, to Miss Fayza Abdel Rahman, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply of Al-Sharkia, in coordination with the Supply Investigation Department, the Consumer Protection Agency, the Directorate of Health and Veterinary Medicine, and the supervisory authorities, to intensify surprise inspection and oversight campaigns on various commercial activities to ensure that their owners adhere to the ration requirements, review their licenses, and ensure the arrival of support. Those who deserve it and take legal action against those who do not comply.

The Tenth of Ramadan Supply Administration formed an inspection campaign headed by Engineer Mustafa Abdel Qader, Director of the Administration, and Mr. Mustafa Bayoumi, Head of Supply Control in the Administration, the campaign visited the municipal bakeries in the city district, and 17 municipal bakeries were visited.

The campaign resulted in issuing reports to the violating owners and came as follows. :-

Issuing 5 violation reports for bakeries to stop production. · A violation report was issued for one of the bakeries for not announcing the bakery’s operating hours, 2 violation reports were issued for the dough tools not being clean, and 3 violation reports were issued for the bread not conforming to legal specifications.
