Engineer Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, emphasized that the training programs offered by the Training and Human Resources Development Center, which is affiliated with the Governorate’s General Diwan, reflect the Governorate’s commitment to invest in the human kind. These programs aim to build a workforce capable of meeting the requirements of the administrative development and enhancing the institutional performance.

The training programs outcomes include:

The execution of six training courses, benefiting 211 participants including both administrative staff and youth. This included training for the International Computer Driving License (ICDL) for 90 participants and a "Training of Trainers" (TOT) course for 12 participants.

The delivery of a leadership skills development course (the second in the series) for 20 participants, as well as a course on pension laws and deduction mechanisms for 43 participants.

The organization of a workshop for payroll and entitlements officers, which benefited 29 participants, in addition to a meeting for the organizers of the Horse Festival, involving 17 participants.
