Engineer Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, conducted a surprise visit to the technology centers for citizen services at Zagazig City and the First District (Hay Awwal) of Zagazig. The visit aimed to oversee the smooth operation of these centers and ensure that necessary facilities are provided to citizens to complete their administrative procedures through a "single-window" system, in line with the principles of transparency and integrity.

During the visit, Shaaban Abu El-Fotouh, Head of Zagazig District, explained to the Governor that the Zagazig technology center includes 13 service windows offering 51 different services via the single-window system. This ensures that citizens can access the service easily and efficiently, without the need for direct, face-to-face interaction with service providers. In response, the Governor directed that the documentation process for reconciliation files which are submitted by the citizens to be expedited to ensure the swift finalization of their requests.

The Governor also took the opportunity to speak with several citizens who are visiting the centers to identify any obstacles they might face while submitting their reconciliation applications.

The Governor was accompanied during the visit by Mohamed Batisha, Assistant Secretary-General of the Governorate; Shaaban Abu El-Fotouh, Head of Zagazig City and Yousri Rashed, Head of Zagazig First District.
