Engineer Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, met with a number of citizens including those from underprivileged families and individuals with disabilities from various districts and cities across the governorate. This initiative aligns with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to establish open channels of communication with citizens, listen to their needs and work towards addressing their needs within the framework of the law and available resources. The meeting took place as part of the weekly public forum held in the conference hall at the governorate’s General Diwan.

The Governor issued instructions to promptly process the submitted requests and to take the necessary procedures to alleviate the burdens faced by citizens and improve the quality of services which are provided to them.

The Governor emphasized his commitment to maintain direct engagement with citizens through weekly meetings, on-site visits and various communication channels, in order to identify the challenges and ensure they are being resolved immediately.
