The governorate’s executive bodies are continuing their daily campaigns to remove all the illegal encroachments at their inception, thereby preserving the agricultural land and protect the public assets as part of the first phase of "Wave 30" to clear the encroachments on agricultural land and state-owned property. These efforts aim to firmly confront all forms of encroachment and enforce the rule of law for all, in accordance with the directives of Engineer Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia.

The campaigns revealed the removal of 14 cases of illegal construction encroaching on the agricultural lands and state-owned property, covering an area of ​​720 square meters, 2 *carats* and 19 *shares*.

The details are as follows:

Removal of 10 cases of encroachment on state-owned land, covering an area of ​​720 square meters, 1 *carat* and 3 *shares* in the centers of Zagazig and Faqous.

Removal of 4 cases of encroachment on privately owned land, covering an area of ​​1 *carat* and 16 *shares* in the centers of Bilbeis and Minya Al-Qamh.

The results of the removal have been electronically linked to the systems for land tenure regularization, spatial change monitoring, and legalization/reconciliation files to ensure the real-time tracking via the National Network for Emergency and Public Safety Control Center along with the strictly instructed to the heads of administrative centers and cities to maintain an onsite presence and submit daily reports of the removal rates.
