Eng. Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia met with a number of citizens, including those from underprivileged families and individuals with special needs from various districts and cities across the governorate, in accordance with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to open channels of communication with the public, listen to their requests and work toward fulfilling them within the legal framework and available resources in the meeting hall of General Diwan.

  The Governor emphasized that serving citizens and listening to their needs are top priorities for the executive work and that supporting the neediest groups is a shared responsibility that doesn't allow negligence.

The Governor directed the officials to promptly address the submitted requests and take the necessary procedures to improve the quality of services which are provided to them.

Al-Sharkia Governor affirmed the direct communication with citizens through the weekly meetings, on-site visits and various communication channels, in order to identify their issues and work toward resolving them immediately.
