Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, started the Governorate's Executive Council meeting by extending his sincerest congratulations to His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on the 74th anniversary of the July 23 Revolution, praying to God Almighty to protect Egypt, its leadership and people and to grant it continued security, stability, progress and prosperity.

The Governor also congratulated His Excellency the President on the inauguration of the State's Strategic Command Headquarters in the New Administrative Capital, emphasizing that this national edifice represents a qualitative addition that enhances the state's capabilities in the areas of command, control and crisis management and embodies the Egyptian state's vision for building modern institutions capable of confronting the challenges.

The Governor congratulated the top-performing students from the governorate in the General Secondary and Al-Azhar Secondary School exams, who achieved high rankings nationwide. He expressed his pride in their outstanding achievements, which reflect the excellence of Al-Sharkia's youth and their ability to compete and lead, wishing them continued success in their university studies and future endeavors.
