He directed that these requests be studied promptly and that the necessary action be taken in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

The beneficiaries praised the Ministry's efforts during the current summer season, the availability of water in the necessary quantities and at the appropriate times for irrigation, and the swift cooperation of the governorate's executive bodies in responding to any complaints submitted by them.

The Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation stated that the Ministries of Irrigation and Agriculture will continue to monitor the cleaning of irrigation canals by beneficiaries and will issue violation reports in cases of dumping garbage in waterways, in accordance with the ministerial circular issued on this matter. He also emphasized cooperation with water users associations in implementing the ministerial circular to protect waterways from pollution.

The Deputy Governor: We appreciate the efforts exerted by the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation in developing the irrigation system and cleaning canals and drains, which contributes to supporting the agricultural sector and maintaining food security.

Undersecretary of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation:

A comprehensive plan is being implemented for the periodic cleaning of canals using specialized equipment to ensure that water reaches the ends of the canals and that all agricultural lands benefit from the allocated water flows.

Message from Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouni:

We urge all citizens and farmers not to throw waste or garbage into canals, drains, and waterways, in order to protect them from pollution and ensure the continued flow of water to the ends of the canals, because preserving water is a national duty and a shared responsibility that requires everyone's cooperation.
