Title:Al-Sharkia Governor issues (27) disciplinary decisions, (136) negligent employees, state administrative apparatus

Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia issued 27 disciplinary decisions against 136 employees of the state's administrative apparatus within the governorate. These decisions were based on the findings of the investigations conducted by the competent investigative authorities and the Administrative Prosecution Authority, as well as the rulings from the Disciplinary Court and based on the memoranda from the governorate's Legal Affairs Department regarding the alleged administrative violations against them.

These decisions included the penalty for 136 employees across the various governorate departments, centers and cities (Zagazig, Abu Hammad, Minya al-Qamh, Faqous, Diarb Nejm, Awlad Saqr, Ibrahimia, Husseiniya and Mashtoul al-Souq). Penalties ranged from fines and warnings to salary deductions. Some employees were referred to the Administrative Prosecution Authority and the Disciplinary Court, within the limits of law and regulations.

The governor emphasized that these decisions are part of applying the principle of reward and punishment, maintaining administrative discipline and ensuring the smooth operation of the governorate's administrative apparatus. He stressed that the executive branch will not tolerate any Administrative negligence and that the legal accountability is one of the state's right and a fundamental means of regulating the work system and achieving job discipline.
