Title:Al-Sharkia Governor emphasizes the need to expedite progress on all vital issues and provide the best services to governorate's residents.

Al-Sharqia Executive Committee reviews the status of spatial changes, state-owned lands, advertisements, reconciliation in building violations, technology centers, and revenue collection.

Governor of Sharqia stresses the importance of quickly completing ongoing projects in centers, cities, and districts to benefit citizens.

Eng. Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharqia, affirmed that the governorate is moving rapidly towards completing all important presidential files and is paying close attention to the files of legalizing state-owned lands and reconciliation in building violations. He added that the governorate is also enforcing its control by removing illegal advertisements, addressing spatial changes and responding to them daily, and confronting building violations on agricultural land or illegal construction within urban areas.

This came during his chairmanship of the Governorate's Executive Council meeting, in the presence of Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Moaty and Engineer Lobna Abdel-Aziz, the Deputy Governors; Major General Abdel-Ghaffar El-Deeb, the Governorate's Secretary-General; Mr. Mohamed Kojak, the Governorate's Assistant Secretary-General; Brigadier General Ahmed Shaaban, the Governorate's Military Advisor; Counselor Zakaria El-Shafei, the Governorate's Legal Advisor; the directors of the Civil Protection, Traffic, Utilities, and Supply Investigations departments; a representative of the Church; directors of service directorates, authorities, and companies; heads of centers, cities, and districts; and directors of general and specialized departments.

The meeting was held in the General Office's meeting hall. During the meeting, Engineer Shaimaa Salah, Director of the Spatial Data Unit, reviewed the status of the spatial data system in the Governorate.

The Governor emphasized the necessity of taking all legal measures against violators. Mrs. Rehab Fawzy, at the Technology Center, reviewed the status of applications for data certificates related to the Reconciliation Law, in accordance with the executive regulations of Law 187 of 2023 concerning reconciliation in certain building violations and the regularization of their status. She also presented the status of the technology centers.

The governor emphasized the need to expedite the issuance of building certificates for citizens applying for reconciliation, to facilitate the process for citizens, and to complete as many files as possible in the shortest possible time. During the meeting, Brigadier General Mahmoud Metwally, Director of the General Administration for the Protection of State Property, reviewed the status of the property management department at the governorate headquarters.

This followed the completion of necessary inspections, approvals, collection of down payments, and registration on the system, in accordance with established procedures. Engineer Amira El-Shahat, Director of the Advertising Department, reviewed the advertising situation during December.
