🔷Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouny, Sharkia_Governor, instructed the heads of centers, cities, and districts to raise the level of preparedness to the maximum and intensify cleaning and beautification campaigns, as well as remove encroachments around churches, places of worship, monasteries, gardens, and parks, to create a suitable atmosphere for our Christian brothers to celebrate Christmas and to enhance the civilized and aesthetic appearance of the cities. 🔷During the meeting, the governor received assurances from Mr. Mohamed Ramadan, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, regarding the readiness of schools to receive students in the primary, preparatory, general secondary, and technical secondary levels to take their first semester exams for the 2025/2026 academic year. He stressed the importance of creating a suitable environment for students to take their exams with ease and comfort, wishing all our students success. 🔷The governor also instructed the Head of the Electricity and New Cities Sectors to coordinate with the heads of centers, cities, and districts to review all electrical connections on lighting poles and inspect electrical kiosks to ensure that their owners are not stealing electricity. He further instructed them to issue theft reports against violators and take all necessary legal measures against them. 🔷The governor directed the Director of the Field Monitoring Department to inspect all centers, cities, and rural local units to review their filing rooms and ensure that citizens' files and requests are stored securely and properly. He also instructed them to prepare a detailed report to take all necessary legal measures against those found negligent, emphasizing that the citizen's interest is the top priority in order to fulfill their hopes and aspirations. 🔷The governor also instructed his deputy to coordinate with the Secretary-General of the Governorate and the Director-General of Personnel Affairs at the Governorate headquarters to immediately begin archiving all employee files at the Governorate headquarters, centers, cities, districts, and rural local units. This will facilitate easy retrieval of this data when needed.
