Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, congratulated champion Rehab Ahmed Radwan, a resident of El-Hawat village, affiliated with Minya El-Qamh Center for winning the gold medal at World Para Weightlifting Championships for women's 61 kg category, held from October 9 to 18 in the New Administrative Capital. She successfully lifted 131 kg and he wished a continued sporting excellence and to raise Egypt's name high in all local, regional and international forums.

The Governor of Al-Sharkia affirmed that the state places great importance on supporting the sports sector and athletes, in implementation of the President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's initiative to build and develop human in various fields. He pointed out that the governorate spares no effort in seriously contribute in preparing young people physically and intellectually, developing their capabilities and investing their spare time and energies for the benefit of the society.
