Today, Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, met with (10) citizens from priority families and people with disabilities from various centers, cities, and villages in the governorate. The meeting was held in the meeting hall of the General Diwan. This meeting reflects his commitment to communicate directly with the citizens and addressing their needs.

The meeting was attended by Engineer Lobna Abdel Aziz, Deputy Governor; Major General Abdel Ghaffar El-Deeb, Secretary General of the Governorate; the Governorate's Military Advisor; Undersecretaries of the Ministry of Health, Social Solidarity, and Labor; the Deputy Director of the Sharkia Health Insurance Branch; the Executive Affairs Activities Coordinator at the Education Directorate; a representative of the Takaful Foundation; and the manager of the Citizens' Services Department at the Governorate's General Diwan.

During the meeting, the Governor of Al-Sharkia instructed the managers of the service directorates and ministry undersecretaries to provide the necessary services and respond to the submitted requests, within the limits permitted by the law, to help in decreasing the suffering of the citizens.
