Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, made a surprise visit to Hehia City to check the level of the services which are provided to citizens, identify their needs and monitor the regular operation of bakeries, health facilities and service facilities in presence of Ayman Heikal, Head of Hehia city.

The Governor began his tour by inspecting the progress of work inside one of the city's bakeries to ensure the cleanliness of the tools and equipment which are used in preparing bread.

The Governor check the weight of the loaf by himself to ensure the bakery owner was adhering to the specified weight and providing citizens with a quality loaf. The weight of the loaf was found to be consistent. He emphasized the importance of ensuring the cleanliness of the equipment which is used in producing the bread and ensuring that it is delivered at the required quality, as being an important and primary source of food for citizens.

The governor stressed the need for the continuous monitoring and the surprise visits to the bakeries to monitor their progress and ensure that the support reaches those who deserve it and that they are provided with good quality bread. He also urged the bakeries' owners to place a banner shows the bakery's name, quota, weight, price and working hours.
