Title:Joyful atmosphere and crowds celebrate Eid al-Adha, Culture Palaces

Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouny, Governor of Sharkia, emphasized that culture is one of the fundamental pillars of achieving sustainable development, as it is the main component supporting the building of the Egyptian citizen's character. He highlighted the important role played by the cultural institution in spreading cultural awareness, keeping up with various issues, and contributing to the intellectual development of society through art. He also presented artistic messages in various forms that contribute to spreading healthy habits and combating bad habits and destructive ideas. In this context, Mr. Ahmed Sami Khater, Head of the Central Administration of the East Delta Cultural Region and Director General of the Sharqia Culture Branch, pointed out that the Sharqia Culture Branch organized a marionette show by artist Teresa Farid at the Zagazig Culture Palace on the second day of Eid al-Adha, amidst a large audience of Sharqia residents. The audience expressed their joy and happiness at the first Eid al-Adha event of the Sharqia Culture Branch, affiliated with the East Delta Cultural Region, headed by writer Ahmed Sami Khater. This event was part of the Eid al-Adha celebrations of the General Authority for Cultural Palaces, headed by Major General Khaled El-Labban, as part of the Ministry of Culture's programs. Visitors of the 10th of Ramadan Culture Palace also shared their Eid joy with an artistic workshop for making an Eid lamb from environmental materials, led by artist Walaa Ahmed, on the third day of Eid. The event was held under the supervision of writer Mohamed Nasef, Vice President of the Authority, to extend beyond the walls of cultural sites and reach youth clubs and centers to share their Eid joy with the public. On the third day of Eid, the Belbeis Culture Palace presented an artistic performance by the Belbeis Arabic Music Ensemble, led by Maestro Mahmoud Hendawy, at the Belbeis Youth Development Center, to a large audience. Amid a large crowd at the Saft El Hanna Youth Center, the Sharqia Culture Branch, represented by the Abu Hammad Culture House, in cooperation with the Saft El Hanna Youth Center, headed by Engineer Walid Darwish, organized a large celebration as part of the "Our Creativity Unites Us" program to celebrate Eid al-Adha. The celebration was attended by civil society leaders from Abu Hammad. The event began with activities and games for people of determination, followed by a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by welcoming remarks from the organizers. A segment was also presented to discover the talents of Saft El Hanna's talented poets, including Sandy Mohamed Hassan, Salma Ibrahim El Khatib, Nigar Mohamed Gomaa, Renad Abdullah Fahmy, and Asma Mohamed. An artistic performance was also presented by the Sharqia Puppet Troupe, featuring Mahdi El Sayed, Teresa Farid, Zeinab Attia, and Ahmed Samir. During the performance, they spoke about family ties and kinship. The family is the foundational building block of society, and if the family is healthy, so is the entire society. One of the most important things that strengthens the family is family ties and the commitment of its members to communicating, maintaining kinship ties, and promoting reconciliation. and tolerance among relatives. They also touched on the importance of family bonds and the fact that a cohesive family provides its members with a sense of love and support. The ceremony concluded with a choral group from the Saft El Hanna Youth Center, which performed patriotic, religious, social, and classic songs. In another context, Al Ibrahimia Cultural Center presented an art workshop for children amidst the green fields of Al-Helwat Village.
