Title:An immediate response to the complaint of Al-Belabbasa in Abu Hammad about a dilapidated and ramshackle lighting pole

In implementation of the directives and instructions of Al Sharkia Governor, Prof. Mamdouh Ghorab, regarding the necessity of constant and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, which are received through the unified government complaints system, social media, and WhatsApp, in addition to field follow-up, contact with citizens, listen to their problems and work to solve them.

In order to protect the lives of the citizens, the director of the electronic portal of the unified governmental complaints system in Al Sharkia responded to the complaint that was received, according to the dilapidated lighting pole, which is due to fall, in Al-Abassah village in Abu Hammad Centerm, which endangers the lives of citizens.

Immediately, the portal manager contacted the Electricity Company and coordinated with the head of Abu Hammad Center and City to speed up the resolution of the complaint.

Al-Abassa Electricity, based on a commission from Al Sharkia Central Electricity sector, planted a new pole replacing the dilapidated one, in order to preserve the lives of the citizens, and the reasons for the complaint were removed.

The people expressed their happiness for the prompt and immediate response to resolving the problem, and thanked Al Sharkia Governor and the concerned authorities.
