Title:An immediate response to the complaint of the residents of the old village of Al-Hajjajiya Faqous about the presence of an electric pole with a short circuit due to a wire break in it

In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al-Sharkia, on the necessity of constant and effective communication with citizens and resolving their complaints by all ways, which are received through the government complaints system, social media, WhatsApp and websites, in addition to field follow-up, contact with citizens, listen to their problems and work to solve them.

In order to protect the lives of the citizens, the director of the electronic portal of governmental complaints system in Al-Sharkia responded to the received complaint, according to the existence of an electrical pole with damaged insulators and uncovered wires, and during the winter season it makes a short circuit.

Immediately, the director of the portal contacted the Electricity Company and coordinated with the Presidency of the Center and the City of Faqous to speed up the resolution of the complaint. The head of the local unit of Al-Sawaleh and the electricity official at the local unit and the official of the Al-Sawaleh Electricity Office went to the place of a complaint for changing the insulation and do the best in order to preserve the lives of people.
