Title:Immediate response and resolution of a complaint which contained a pole will be collapsing in Hehya

Prof. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al-Sharkia, has instructed to respond promptly and quickly to citizens' complaints which are received on the portal of the unified government complaints system that are available on the electronic portal and the social networking pages "Facebook" of Al-Sharkia governorate.

In this context, and in response to citizens' complaints that are received through the unified governmental complaints system for Al-Sharkia governorate, a complaint was resolved this complaint is  received from citizens who were affected by  a corroded electric pole where it was in the first of "old estate tax street", in the city of Hehia, in addition to that its base is almost close to separation because of this Corrosion, which makes it liable to fall over any pedestrian next to it at any moment, and if it falls, it could cause an electrical short, or fires, or lose the lives of some.

And the director of the portal communicated with the president of the Electricity Company and coordinated with the Presidency of Hehya Center and reported the complaint to take the necessary measures. The employees of Hehya Electricity and the lighting department headed by the center were immediately transferred to the site to replace of the dilapidated pole with a new one and remove the reasons of the complaint.
