Title:Governmental Complaints System in Al Sharkia monitors the help of a citizen to provide Intensive care bed for a young man with a fractured skull

Prof. Mamdouh Ghorab, Al Sharkia Governor, stressed the importance of the role of the governmental complaints system in responding to the demands and relief of citizens, especially in the health sector, and the permanent and continuous coordination between the various work sectors to resolve citizens' complaints and meet their demands.

In the context of immediate interaction with all complaints received by the government complaints system from all centers, cities and villages of Al Sharkia Governorate, A complaint of a citizen called M.M., uncle of 16 years old young man who suffers from a fractured skull. He was transferred from the University Hospital to Al-Ahrar Hospital due to a suspicion of Corona, and it was decided to enter the Intensive Care Department, but there was no place and there was no hospital capable of receiving the case, which represented a danger to his life.

 Immediately, the director of the governorate's complaints system communicated with the rapid intervention room of the complaints system of the Council of Ministers and coordinated with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Al Sharkia, and the case was transferred yesterday evening to the isolation care at the university and a lab test was made, and its negative result, and accordingly the patient was transferred to the brain and nerve care in a hospital, providing  all health and treatment services for him.

Contacts were made with the uncle of the case, who expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the governor of Al-Sharkia, the team of the governmental complaints system in the governorate, and all concerned parties that contributed to resolve the complaint
