In implementation of the directives and instructions of Prof. Mamdouh Ghorab, Al Sharkia Governor, regarding the necessity of constant and effective communication with the citizens and resolving their complaints in all ways, the director of the electronic portal of the government complaints system in Al Sharkia responded to a complaint of a citizen from Al-Azazi village of Faqous Center, who was affected by a positive case of a Coronavirus patient, and was transferred to Al Salihiya Al Gadida Hospital. No one from the health department came to check on the family of the injured person, conduct the examination, and to sterilize the houses while they are in a state of great anxiety, the 13 houses adjacent to the house of the case, for fear of being injured.
Immediately, the director of the portal contacted the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health Affairs to speed up the resolution of the complaint. The house and the street were sprayed, and a medical team was dispatched to follow up on the people of the affected case and issued preventive treatment protocols for such cases of contact.
The people expressed their happiness for the quick and immediate response to resolve the problem, and thanked Al Sahrkia governor and the concerned authorities.
