Title:Al-Sharkia receives 10713 complaints through the electronic system, and responds to 97% during 2019

In implementation of the mandates of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, to open channels of communication for citizens with the government, to facilitate on them, to respond to their complaints and to provide the necessary solutions to improve the level of services provided to citizens, Al Sharkia Governorate, with all its executive bodies, seeks to activate the system of electronic services that responding to complaints received through the government complaints system, in addition to opening direct communication channels with them to identify their problems and solve them immediately.

The source of receiving citizens' complaints has been unified, and responding to them through the electronic portal of the governmental complaints system of the Council of Ministers, and complaints are received through more than one source available to citizens such as the official page of Facebook (https://www Facebook.com/sharkiaportal/), WhatsApp service (01270664666), hotline service (16528), and others.

The complaints are to be received, registered and sent through the electronic portal of the complaints system through the Internet at the address: www.shakwa.eg and a application, or via the Council of Ministers hotline 16528.

The government complaints portal of the Council of Ministers in Al Sharkia Governorate has received (10713) complaints, of which (10393) complaints have been examined and resolved so far, at a rate of 97% during the period from January to December 2019, and the remaining complaints that have not been completed so far are related to ongoing projects, its implementation has not yet been completed.

In addition, 2340 complaints were received via the official WhatsApp of the governorate, and 2,450 complaints were received via WhatsApp, the Ministry of Local Development, the initiative (Your voice is heard), in addition to receiving 998 complaints via WhatsApp, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers regarding (garbage collections) and 980 complaints were responded to.
