Title:An immediate response to a citizen's complaint, Bani Hilal

A citizen submitted a complaint on the portal of the Unified Governmental Complaints System located on the E portal of Al-Sharkia Governorate, complaining about an existence of a problem in the poles at the entrance of the local unit in Bani Hilal which endangered the lives of citizens.

As an in implementation of Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Al-Sharkia governor instructions, the director of the portal addressed the complaint to the "Electricity Company" and communicated with the head of Minya Al Qamh City and Center and the head of Al-Sharkia Electricity Sectors. Insulators have been installed for protection in this place by East electricity network. The rest of the columns have been inspected in order to preserve the citizens' lives.
