A citizen submitted a complaint on the portal of the Unified Governmental Complaints System located on the E portal of Al-Sharkia Governorate, in which he complained about the existence of a damaged pole that endangers the lives of citizens in Al-Qinayat City.

As an in implementation of Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Al-Sharkia Governor's instructions to communicate effectively with the citizens, the head of the portal addressed the complaint to the "Electricity Company" and contacted with the head of Al-Qinayat City and the head of Al-Sharkia Electricity Sectors, as the damaged pole column was removed and a lighting pole was replaced.
