Sharkia Governorate, the General Diwan, announces in a local biddingsession Wednesday, 8/12/2021 between companies specialized in contracting (raising the efficiency of the external garden of Misr Public Library branch (Zagazig), covering the roof and developing the external garden of Misr Public Library (Faqus) branch.

the conditions :

- Request the bid specifications from the Contracting Department of the Governorate's General Diwan.

- The price of the bid specifications is 299 pounds, and the initial insurance is 2000 pounds.

- Bids are submitted in two envelopes (a technical envelope and a financial envelope).

- The duration of the engagement shall not be less than 90 days.

- Bids that are not accompanied by a primary insurance or that are received after the specified date at twelve noon at the Contracting Department headquarters at the General Diwan will not be considered.

- Any bid that violates the previous clauses will be excluded without giving the reason.

- Law 182 of 2018 and its executive regulations apply to this tender.
